  • How far is the hotel from Barcelona/Girona Airport? We are 78 km from Barcelona Airport and 48 km from Girona Airport.
  • What time can I check in? Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  • Is the hotel entrance open at night? You can enter and exit the hotel at any time of day or night. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
  • What do I need to do to ensure I get an ocean view room? You must reserve a sea view room. You can also request a room upgrade by email. You will receive information about additional charges and availability.
  • Is it possible to book without a credit card? For online reservations through our hotel website, we only accept credit cards. If you request it by email, you can also reserve your reservation by bank transfer.
  • What credit cards are accepted? VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO. We do not accept AMERICA EXPRESS.
  • What does the NON-REFUNDABLE rate mean? This rate is the most affordable because it doesn't allow for changes or cancellations without fees. The fee will be 100%, meaning no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Can children under 16 stay at the hotel? No, we're sorry, but the minimum age is 16.
  • What does a double room consist of? The room has one double bed or two double beds, depending on hotel availability.
  • What does a triple room consist of? The room has two double beds or one double bed and one single bed, depending on availability.
  • What does a quadruple room consist of? The quadruple room has two double beds. We do not have rooms with four single beds.
  • How does air conditioning work? You can independently control the air conditioning in each room during the summer months.
